Maureen Purcell is passionate about engaging the spirits of others in their world of work. She strives for greater effectiveness in leaders and their teams for the benefit of the organization. Ms. Purcell brings twenty years of management experience in service industries, including health care, information technology and telecommunications. She relates to the differing managerial needs across various structures and cultures, having worked in small, mid-sized and large businesses, including a Fortune 100 company.

Ms. Purcell blends her management experience with a solid grounding in business administration, project management, organizational development, and coaching techniques. She has facilitated a year-long Leadership Development program for a group of elite mid-managers and helped launched a Women’s Employee Resource Group at Sprint. Maureen has provided hundreds of coaching sessions for clients, focusing on business and career issues through her practice.
